Fascia (‘Fa-sha’) are the layers of connective tissue that wraps and supports our
internal organs and muscles. All Fascia is linked and can be traced to any one piece
of Fascia using fascial lines. The longest line of fascia can travel the length of
your body from the Occipital (back of the head) to the Calcaneus (heel). These layers
act as a wet suit holding everything in its place.
